둘은 어떻게 비싼 국제통화료를 감당할까요?
초기 투자를 해서 skype폰을 구입한 임양규.
통화료는 분당 22원으로 저렴하다. 게다가 PC2PC의 경우 무료로 화상채팅도 가능하다. 나의 경우는 독일 weimar의 전화번호도 부여 받아서, 쉽게 독일내에서 통화가 가능하다.
컴퓨터 구동화면그러던 중에 요놈을 발견했다.

결과는 허당이었으나 곧 알게되었다.
상단의 두개의 싸이트에 가입을 해야 된다는 사실...2개의 싸이트는 SIP싸이트인데, 간단하게 설명하면, 어떤 프로그램이든 기계든 상관 없이, 무료로 인터넷 전화를 가능케 한다.각 싸이트에 접속하면 무료 프로그램을 쉽게 다운 받을 수 있고, 받은 뒤에 실행을 하면서 동시에 가입을 프로그램에서 하면 간편하다. 한국처럼 주민번호를 요구하지도 않는다.
둘중 low-rate VOIP는 독일로 전화가 가능하고, 한국 핸드폰으로도 되었다. voipbuster의 경우는 한국 집으로는 확실히 되나 독일로는 어떠한 경우도 되지 않았다. 단, 돈을 충전 시킬 경우(결제) 둘다 통화가 가능하며, 솔직히 skype보단 저렴한것 같다. 각각의 싸이트에는 전용 프로그램이 존재하고 있다. (Windows 용으로만...)
내 컴퓨터가 Apple Mac OSX 그리고 Ubuntu Linux를 사용하므로 그리고 두개의 프로그램을 한번에 사용하기 위해서 아래의

에서 sip전용 프로그램을 찾아서 설치 하였다.
프로그램 이름은 x-lite이다. 간단한 설정을 통해서 가능하다.sip.lowratevoip.com
sip.voipbuster.com
을 등록하고, 자신의 아이디와 비번을 등록하면 OK.
나는 현재 닌텐도로 주영이와 통화를 성공적으로 마쳤다.
Skype와 병행해서 쓴다면 좋은 절약감이 될것이다. 그리고
많은 유학생들이 사용하고 활용하면 좋겠다.
